At THE ARTFULL WALL, every poster is carefully prepared and packed to ensure quality. Please review our policy before placing your order.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing begins
- Since orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests may not be accepted after a short time
- Any customized or specially prepared orders are final and non-cancellable
We request you to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
🚫 No Return Policy
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Wrong selection of size or design
- Accidental orders
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
⚠️ Eligible Cases (Replacement / Refund)
We only consider requests in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
🎥 Proof Requirement (Important)
To request a replacement or refund, you must provide:
- A clear unboxing video
- Video should start from sealed package opening
- Must clearly show the issue (damage / wrong item)
⏱️ This must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
📩 How to Raise a Request
- Record a proper unboxing video
- Send it to us via email or WhatsApp
- Our team will review the request
🔍 Verification Process
- Once we receive your request, our team will verify the issue
- If approved, we will proceed with replacement or refund
💸 Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 3–5 working days to reflect in your account
🔄 Replacement Option
In most cases, we prefer to provide a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on availability.
⚠️ Important Conditions
- Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted
- Requests after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered
- If the outer package is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery
🚚 RTO & Reshipping
If an order is returned due to customer-side issues such as:
- Incorrect address
- Wrong phone number
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept order
Then:
- The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
- Refund (if requested) will be processed after deducting shipping charges
- If you want the order again, reshipping charges will apply
